Not happy

I received the wrong size and was told I had to pay to send them back. Waste of time and money

Hello Em, that is not entirely correct.. your order had a note on your order saying

'My 8 year old's runners laces meaure a lot longer than his school shoes. He is a size 3/4 and they measured at 50cm, so I've ordered Mens M1. I hope this is right'

You later told me the note was incorrect and you actually need 37cm, I was happy to send out replacements for free with free freight and have you return the error at your cost but you refused.

Still happy to change them over for you.

Good but maybe size up

Product is good but I ordered size 10 as that is my sons shoe size but the laces were too short so we wont be able to use them. will keep for a younger child and hope for the best

not sure why? i used the size guide to match his shoes.

Hello Hunter, I see you purchased S size, please read the guide in the link below, manually measure, let me know the size and I’ll get the correct size out for you :) As stated in the guide some shoe types run very wide and/or long spacing between the lace holes as well as extra holes all of which will make for a longer lace required.

Best ive used for hard wearing children

We have tried all types of shoe laces. I was sceptical at first but i didnt need to be. 100% exactly what they describe. Most others show wear and tear within a week. Not laceez!!! I want to buy more but i dont need to thats how great they are.
