I bought some for my son who still struggles with patience when tying laces. At first they were great but after about 3-4 weeks of wear the tittle broke from one end of one shoe lace and is now unusable.
I bought some for myself for shoes I wanted to make slip ones and so far they are great. Hoping it was a one off manufacturing issue with my sons laces.
Hi Maegen, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad your own laces are working well, but we’re sorry your son’s lace broke after only a few weeks. That certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers.
Please contact us with your order details and we’ll arrange a replacement. If you can also send us his shoe size, shoe type and number of eyelets, we can check that the lace length is suitable, as too much tension can sometimes cause the aglet to fail.
All Laceez are assembled here in Brisbane using a hydraulic press, so we’d also like to inspect the broken lace to determine what happened if you don’t mind sending through photos please.
Our 8 year old continually snaps off regular shoe laces plastic ends and then ties laces in a knot ,with these she has not ! They are the best ! Easy to order and arrived fast.
Although the price was high, the quiet mornings without having to untie knots in my boys laces were a godsend.
Once these are one, I haven't need to do anything else.
These have been great for my neurodivergent daughter who also has phyiscal weakness down one side. Her school requires lace ups (yup - very supportive in 2026!) and these have been a torture. Laceez have been a game changer. Thanks a lot

Don’t delay buying these. They are a true help to put on my shoes. I have bending issue and these have helped a great deal !

While initially an incorrect colour was sent, the process of correcting this was fantastic. The product itself is also as described. I opted with the custom length and they are perfect.
